This is Chris Sanders.
He is an animator, writer, director and voice actor, but I am going to focus on the animation part.
He has worked on many movies, mostly Disney, such as Beauty and the Beast, The Rescuers Down Under, Fantasia 2000, Lion King, Mulan, How to Train Your Dragon and Lilo and Stitch. For the last two he actually did the animation. He directed Lilo and Stitch and is also the voice of Stitch.
Most of his drawings are very rounded. Giving each character a very cute and innocent look and feel. Even though most of the time the women that he draws are not fully clothed. His drawings usually take place in a water or beach like setting, as seen in the picture below.
I chose this artist because ever since I saw the movie Lilo and Stitch I have been interested in the art work. It wasn't until I saw it again in How to Train Your Dragon that I actually looked him up.
